Privacy Policy

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the application. Nothing is collected in the background about you beyond the technical items listed further down.

Your application

• Your answers to most of the application’s twelve questions: your role, what you are currently experiencing, how much it is affecting you and where, what you hope to feel differently, why this matters now, what support you have already tried, and your readiness for the dates, the travel, the small group, and the investment. The remaining questions — your contact details and your confirmation that you are 18 or above — are covered in the next two bullets.
• Your full name, email address, mobile number, and the city, province, and country you are based in.
• Your confirmation that you are 18 years old or above, and your consent for us to contact you about your application.

Your Clarity Consultation booking

• The date and time you choose, and whether you prefer to meet in person at Tallaro Healing Center in Angeles City, Pampanga or online.

Technical

• Two hidden anti-spam values submitted with the form, used only to tell a real application from an automated one.
• Standard web server records kept by our hosting provider, and the advertising and video items described under Cookies below.

Because what you share here is personal, and often about your own emotional health, we keep it to the people who need it to respond to you, and we never use it for advertising. See Cookies, advertising, and analytics below for exactly what does and does not leave this site.

Applicants under 18

The Inner Healing Program is a residential experience for adults. The application asks whether you are 18 years old or above, and if you answer no, we stop the application before anything is sent to us or stored. We do not knowingly collect or keep personal information from anyone under 18 through this website.

If you believe a minor has sent us information some other way, email info@tallaro.org and we will delete it.

Why we collect it

• To understand your situation well enough to recommend an appropriate next step.
• To contact you about your application and, where offered, to arrange and confirm your Clarity Consultation.
• To protect the form from automated and abusive submissions.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who can see it

• Tallaro team members who review applications and arrange Clarity Consultations. Every application is read personally.
• Our own client system at crm.tallaro.org, where applications and bookings are stored. This website itself stores no application data.
• Google Meet, if you choose an online Clarity Consultation, which is used to host the call.
• Our hosting provider, which serves these pages and keeps standard server records.

Cookies, advertising, and analytics

Meta Pixel

This site runs the Meta (Facebook) Pixel so we can measure our advertising. It sets a cookie in your browser and reports four things to Meta: that a page was viewed, that someone began an application, that an application was submitted, and that a Clarity Consultation was booked.

We do not send Meta your answers, your name, your email address, or your phone number. Only the fact that a step happened is reported. Meta may still set and read its own cookies to recognise a browser across sites; you can limit this in your Meta ad preferences or through your browser settings.

Testimonial video

The video is hosted by Vimeo and is only loaded once you press play. We request it with tracking disabled, so Vimeo does not build a viewing profile from it.

Your browser’s storage

After you submit an application we store your application reference, your name, and whether you were invited to book directly or routed to a personal review, in your own browser’s session storage, so the booking page recognises your application. It is cleared when you close the tab and it is never sent anywhere else.

How long we keep it

We keep your application, and any Clarity Consultation booking made from it, for two years after our last contact with you. After that we delete them.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact details below.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you have the right to be informed about how your information is used, to access it, to correct it, to object to how it is processed, to have it erased or blocked, to obtain a copy of it, and to be compensated for damage caused by its misuse.

To exercise any of these, contact us below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

How we protect it

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and applications are transmitted encrypted to our client system. Access to applications is limited to Tallaro team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat what people share here as confidential.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
